Our Background

We are a managed security and services provider serving the Greater Tampa Bay since 2006.  We serve law firms, healthcare providers,  finance, and manufacturing.  While MyNetCraft offers services similar to most Managed Service Providers ("MSPs"), the quality of our work and its affordability set us apart. Moreover, our familiarity with the business sector and its daily demands adds value to our services because we understand the inner workings of your office. Our managed security service ensures that your network is safe from Internet attacks.  Managed security is included in both our Professional and Premier service plans. With both plans we actively monitor your network for intrusions 24/7/365.  With our Premier plan we add web monitoring to ensure users don't step into any traps while surfing the Internet.  Advanced security services are only offered with our Professional and Premier service plans, as defined below in "Our Managed Service Plans" section.  Our plans start as low as $20 per month.

Managed Services

We perform managed services that keep your devices up and running.  We install agents on each device and actively monitor those devices for anomalies.  Most of the time, we fix problems before you discover you have a problem.  We also keep your devices updated and optimized for performance.

Business Continuity

We offer business continuity services that give you piece of mind knowing that your data is safe and replicated in the cloud.  And, in the event of disaster, we can restore your data quickly.  Typically with minutes. Moreover, if something happens to your physical location, we can spin up your server on the cloud so you can access your files.  Business continuity is included in our Premier plan.

Sarbanes-Oxley Act ("SOX")

SOX was enacted in response to the high-profile Enron and WorldCom financial scandals to protect shareholders and the general public from accounting errors and fraudulent practices in the enterprise. Among other provisions, the law sets rules on storing and retaining business records in IT systems.

Can Spam Act of 2003

The Can Spam Act requires businesses to label commercial emails as advertising, use legitimate return email addresses, provide recipients with opt-out options and process opt-out requests within 10 business days.

Federal Information Security Management Act ("FISMA")

Signed into law in 2002, FISMA requires federal agencies to conduct annual reviews of information security programs, in order to keep risks to data at or below specified acceptable levels.
